Office Hours
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Appointments
We try our best to accommodate our patients as much as possible when scheduling appointments. We have found that children with extensive dental work or preschool children are better to be seen early in the morning when they are fresher and can have a more positive experience. Some appointments may require the child to miss some school; however, these are considered excused absences. With continued care, appointments during school can be kept to a minimum.
We request a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment to another patient who needs our care. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, but we ask for your help as a courtesy to all patients.
Babies and very young children will likely want their parent to accompany them in the treatment room, and we welcome you. Older children usually establish a better rapport with the pediatric dentist and staff if they do not have a parent present. Ultimately, it is up to you and your child. Siblings and other children not undergoing treatment should stay in the reception area with an adult.
